• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from another person's bKash or Nagad account are not permitted.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so make sure before you place it.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1111k reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the full staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for any single bet placed on that event will be refunded. For accumulator (parlay) bets, the cancelled match will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• 1111k may set maximum bet limits on specific events or markets.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Either 1111k or the user may close an account. The process in both cases is as follows.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation, 1111k may immediately suspend or close the account.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months), 1111k may declare the account dormant.
